Easter 2023

From the 2th of April to the 10th of April we offer a traditional “Easter Table”

It is time to gather family & friends to come and have a wonderful lunch at Restaurant Glashuset. In addition to our á la carte you can order our Easter Table.

The Easter Table can be ordered everyday in the period between 11:30 am & 02:00 PM.
The Easter Table can be ordered for min. 2 people and stated when booking.

Menu
– The dishes will be served as social dining

Rye bread, sourdough bread & local butter
Old-fashioned aged herring & classic accompaniment
Fish fillet with homemade remoulade, salad, raw pickled cucumber & lemon
Hand-peeled shrimps with mayonnaise, lemon & dill
Beef with mashed potatoes, spring onion & pepper sauce
Panna cotta with vanilla, rhubarb & elderflower

Children under 12 years of age
